U.S. & International Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- FREE shipping on clothing orders of $100 or more (USA only)
- USPS Domestic priority shipping, arrives in 1-3 business days flat rate of $6.95.
- USPS International shipping available to a few countries. Arrival times vary, shipping rates vary based on destination.
Please note we do not have any control over customs fees or the length of time it may take your package to clear.
Your order may have import duties and taxes charged to it. This is decided by customs officials once a shipment reaches the destination country. You should contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Live Your Life Gear cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. We do take all necessary steps to clearly, accurately, and comprehensively label the package to ensure a smooth international shipping process through customs.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT are set by the destination country. Live Your Life Gear is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes and VATs applied to your package.
You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you refuse a shipment from Live Your Life Gear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Live Your Life Gear. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
STANDARD DELIVERY FAQS
We try our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible! All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Once sent through USPS, you should get a confirmation email from them. There are exceptions for peak holiday times, but we work hard to get you your gear to you as quickly as possible. We take weekends off to perfect our yoga poses.

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
Please let USPS do their thing and process your order before the tracking number works. If you are having troubles, please contact us.
My package should be here by now, where is it?
If you have checked your tracking number and it says delivered, uh oh! You are going to have to contact USPS to see what is going on. At this point, it is out of a our hands and onto the shipping companies wide shoulders. We suggest looking around your neighbors houses to start, it may be that simple! If the postal service is unable to help, please contact us.
I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
We would suggest contacting the postal service to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request, and it is sent back to us, we will send it to you once we receive it back. We regret adding in that you may have to pay to have it re-shipped if it was your error.
